Our portfolio consists of over 288 MWp of power plants.

Powered by the world with the eternal energy of the sun

Projects

The company aims to complete 2 GWp of installed capacity by 2027.

The Group’s core portfolio is based in Chile, where we now manage over forty photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of over 262 MWp.
Other locations
with successfully implemented photovoltaic parks include the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Cyprus.

SOLEK is driven by green energy solutions, which is why we continuously we are looking for ways to diversify our portfolio.
The group is now focusing on new
and promising areas such as floating photovoltaic power plants, agrovoltaics, wind power, battery storage or hybrid projects.
It is also worth mentioning the cooperation on the construction of a green hydrogen power plant with the Chilean port of Puerto San
Antonio.

The Meco Chillan solar park, with a total installed capacity of 7.22 MWp, is another power plant by the SOLEK Group near the city of Quirihue in the Ñuble region, south of the Chilean capital, Santiago. The development of photovoltaics in the area goes hand in hand with Chile’s national climate goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2050. The Meco Chillan project was completed in 2021 and was built under the PMGD regime for distributed energy resources, through which Chile ensures its energy security by diversifying power generation sources across its territory.

Ovalle Norte

MWp
10.64

Year
2021

The Ovalle Norte solar park, with a total installed capacity of 10.64 MWp, is another project of the SOLEK Group in the Maule region, south of the Chilean capital, Santiago. The completed power plant was connected to the National Electric System in 2021. It was built under the PMGD regime for distributed energy resources, through which Chile ensures its energy security by diversifying power generation sources across its territory, while simultaneously helping fulfill the Chilean government’s energy goals of securing 60% of electricity from renewable sources by 2035.

El Paso

MWp
7.13

Year
2020

The El Paso solar park, with a total installed capacity of 7.13 MWp, is another power plant by the SOLEK Group built under the PMGD regime for distributed energy resources. Chile ensures its energy security through the territorial diversification of these sources. The project is located in the Maule region, south of the Chilean capital, Santiago, and was completed in 2020. Subsequently, the SOLEK Group sold the power plant to the Carbon Free investment fund.
